In this role, you will take responsibility for challenging Microsoft 365 projects for our customers – from conception and implementation to the stable operation of modern cloud services.

We are around 70 #proudOnliners at two locations in Switzerland and provide comprehensive support to companies in the Microsoft Cloud – from AI to Modern Work.

Your Impact

• You operate Microsoft 365 environments and ensure they run reliably.

• You analyze incidents, resolve issues sustainably, and implement changes in a structured manner.

• You support problem management and contribute to stable and transparent operational processes.

• You assist our clients with the introduction of Microsoft 365 environments or individual services.

• You actively contribute to the further development of existing Microsoft 365 environments.

• You ensure availability, performance, and security of Microsoft 365 services in daily operations.

Your Talent

• You have three or more years of experience in operating Microsoft 365 environments.

• You bring solid expertise in Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, and Teams.

• You have experience introducing Microsoft 365 services for clients.

• You think in a structured way, take ownership, and remain calm and solution oriented even when dealing with incidents.
