Do you enjoy working with modern Microsoft cloud technologies and ensuring that IT environments run smoothly and reliably? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 environments and will play an active part in cloud projects.
We are a team of around 70 #proudOnliners across two locations in Switzerland, providing comprehensive support to businesses in the Microsoft Cloud – from AI to Modern Work.
Your Impact
You will provide second-level technical support for our clients’ Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
You will support our Managed Services clients in the day-to-day operation of their Microsoft Cloud environment.
You will be the point of contact for our clients regarding any queries about Microsoft 365, Power Apps and Power Automate.
You will coordinate and handle service requests, incidents and changes.
You will analyse and resolve issues in workflows, apps and Microsoft 365 services.
You will assist with the optimisation and further development of existing customer solutions.
Your Talent
You have experience in IT support or service management.
You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
You have some experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps or Power Automate).
You enjoy interacting directly with customers.
